Users review: Guards out to be a compelling film, one worth seeing. I must say, I was not interested in watching it at first. Based on the graphic novel by Alan Moore. Considered by many as the best graphic novel ever. Films adapted so important literary works in general went well. The film has a big budget. More money will be carrying lances Iron Man (2008) and The Dark Knight (2008), for example. No matter, because all the films Watchmen comics surpassed in terms of professionalism. Zack Snyder is a good director of action. Just look at 300 (2007) for a test. With Watchmen, showed that there was more than a good CEO. It works well with actors. The action in the film is almost universally excellent. Everyone gets to shine. Malin Akerman even has its moments. None of the characters feel like an abandoned child. All this is enhanced by good options in the locker room. Nobody can deny that the heroes of Watchmen looks good. The CGI is excellent too.
