Users review: Just saw this at screening High 2 hours ago in Huntington Beach has no title scannána nailed down yet. It used to be called Im a cancer but IMDb has it listed as living with it. The title we were shown in the film and the title of the invitation was to Get Well Soon. They asked us our opinion of the titles (Included also was the title Bright Side), but no one liked any of the titles. So, for the sake of confusion I'll call it a Get Well Soon. Get Well Soon is very credible story of Adam, a year old nice guy who waits 27 at cross walks at 5:30 in the morning when no one is at ko = island : ver and other joggers have already trotted past. Adam writes stories for radio and seems to really care about the stories and the people who listen to them. After constant back pain, Adam goes to the doctor and have been diagnosed with cancer. It is assigned Katherine, are graduate students gain experience for her dissertation, to talk about their new problems. The film will draw immediate comparisons 2009s Funny People unfortunately can not be ignored. Fortunately, apart from the fact that the main character is diagnosed with a terminal illness, this is a completely different film. Where did Funny People lack respect for the protagonist, Adam Sandler about a prick to everyone and be rich on top of that, get well Soon's Joseph Gordon Levitt is the everyman Everyone can relate to. It does a great job with the sentiments expressed calm fortitude, and insulation. You can see it in his face. Its the little things that make the film feel genuine. Levitt's performance is heart breaking and uplifting at the same time. It keeps steady calm for most of the film just feels real. You know this is a dark comedy when Patrick Swayze joke in the first 20 minutes of the movie. Im not sure if they'll stay in the final cut though lol. This movie is very funny throughout. All the people in the focus group said film has maintained a perfect balance between humor and drama. I saw Love and Other Drugs and liked it but scannáni's much more streamlined and there are no extraneous scenes. Seth Rogen absolutely hilarious. Ill be the first to get my opinion out hes Rogen Mori is everything, but it really killed it again. Weed smoking is a wonderful treat for the film, as did director Jonathan Levine's work very amusing The Wackness. There are two scenes that are creative and effective way to show the effects of marijuana. I love how they shot conversation between Adam, Rogen and two of Adam's friends older cancer. Anna Kendrick has similar role to the one she was up in the air. She does a great job too. Bryce Dallas Howard plays Adam's girlfriend Angelica Huston and his mother is over. I rated this excellent film is the highest possible rating and 18 of the 30 people who stayed after acceptance. 11 Very well said and 1 Well said. I really liked the movie. It did not really do anything wrong. It may be a bit too much swearing on the older crowd but its central story is so appealing. So really, some people said that they would not have come to the screening if they know very well that it was cancer. I think this is a very narrow-minded that no one would admit to a group of people. Please if you are on the fence and I do not want to go to a depressing movie get over it and see a great, hilarious movie in Get Well Soon.
